2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Once you receive your RA number, please include it with your returned item.

2.3 Exchange Policy

  • We will gladly exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability, if the item is unworn with all tags attached.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer you store credit to use on future purchases.

2.4 International Orders

Please note that we are unable to refund international shipping costs, as well as any duties or taxes imposed by your government upon arrival in your country. Any costs associated with international returns will be payable by you.

3. Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • The item received is significantly different from the one ordered.

If you choose to receive store credit instead of an exchange or refund, the credit will be issued in the form of a discount code for the value of the returned item(s). Store credit can be used on any future purchase from our website and has no expiration date.
